What is SR-SIS?

School Information Management System (SR-SIS)

SR-SIS is a paper-less school information management system to automate schools' management process.

It enhances and controls communication between teachers, staff, students and parents. It track students' attainment, progress and curriculum mastery. It enables teachers to analyze assessment information, understand the needs of students, plan for the professional development.

All students' data, teachers' data, attendance records, classes information, timetable, student's gradings/scores, etc. are stored centrally in the database to be access from anytime, anywhere. The system can be hosted at anywhere and is a browser based application. It controls user access to different modules, features and data. It can be used in laptop, desktop, tablet PC or mobile phone that is completely responsive application. The user's dashboard is designed to be simple, attractive and easy to use.

Dashboard

It is a welcome screen providing a way to start user's works. It overlays user's essential information and functions for easy access.

Student

It contains student registers and allows to update all their details.

Staff

It contains the database of teaching staff and non-teaching staff like accounts, bus-driver, cleaner, etc.

Classes/Courses

It manages all classes information like what class name is, who are studying in the class, who is teaching the class, etc.

Modules/Subjects

It maintains the details of modules or subjects in every class.

Grades/Marks

It records the scores and gradings of each subject taken by individual student. It tracks the performance of individuals/groups and generate reports automatically.

Attendance

It records the daily attendance of staff and students.

Transport

It manages details of school bus and cars, rides of students & staff, and their payment monthly.

Dormitory

It manages details of rooms, stays of students and their payment monthly.

Library

It manages the books, library users and borrowing transactions.

School Settings

It is used to set up the details of the school, such as school name, academic year, address, phone, number of subjects in a course, grading system, etc.
