Tech Reliance Co. Ltd. Is providing IT Help Desk service for local and foreign companies. The services are supported in trilingual (Japanese, English and Myanmar(Burmese) languages). Types of services are -

  • Monthly Contract

Service Block

Block deduction system. First, all the desired service packages are available to purchase from Tech Reliance. The purchased blocks are ready to consume when customer experience an IT related issue. The service charges will be deducted from the purchased service blocks when site admin escalated a service call.

Monthly Contract

This service is specially meant for Corporate Offices to assist on their IT issues and facilitate as their dedicated IT Help Desk. The users will be assisted by phone, remote Desktop applications and in person at onsite when necessary for any number of calls.

This package included 10 service blocks. The service blocks can be used any time within One Year period from the date of purchased. The remaining service blocks of current year can be carried forward to the next year with the carry-forward charges. Otherwise, the remaining service blocks would be expired automatically after One Year period.

This package included 15 service blocks, and you will get MMK3000 discount per service block for this package.The service blocks can be used any time within One Year period from the date of purchased. The remaining service blocks of current year can be carried forward to the next year with the carry-forward charges. Otherwise, the remaining service blocks would be expired automatically after One Year period.
This package included 20 service blocks, and you will get MMK5000 discount per service block for this package.The service blocks can be used any time within One Year period from the date of purchased. The remaining service blocks of current year can be carried forward to the next year with the carry-forward charges. Otherwise, the remaining service blocks would be expired automatically after One Year period.

This package for client who own up to 10 PCs. The service charges will be monthly basis for unlimited number of incident calls in a month.
We log and keep track all issues of clients in our Incident Management System. We keep update the status of every incident to our clients until the reported issues have been resolved successfully at our client side. Moreover, weekly incident report will be sent to our site admin.

This package for client who own 11-20 PCs. The service charges will be monthly basis for unlimited number of incident calls in a month.

Service Definition

Tech Reliance Service Desk provides a single-point contact for reporting issues regards Hardware, Software and Network at the client environment. Authorized Admins (site admins) should be recruited at client organization for communicating with our Help Desk support team. Only the site admin is allowed to report us the issues directly via hotline. Every user from the client’s organization shall get our services by liaising with authorized site admin.
For getting the services, client need to use our hotline from Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM. For extended service scope and hours, client could make certain arrangement and contract with Tech Reliance Co. Ltd further.
